Wellings Capital exists to help high earners ($200k+ per year) and high net worth individuals ($1 million+) protect and grow their wealth through passive commercial real estate investing. We invest with best-in-class operators who have strong track records and deep experience in their asset class through at least one recession.

The overheated apartment market has continued for the last number of years, and Wellings Capital decided to expand outside of multifamily investing in early 2018. At this late point in the cycle, we determined that it was the time to be investing with experts.

Who Are These Experts?

  • Operators with stellar track records and distribution history. Track records are everything. We are happy to share detailed track records of our approved operators with you.
  • Best-in-class operators with decades of experience in recession-resistant asset classes and who know precisely what to do at this point in the market cycle.
  • Syndicators who share our risk-averse approach and who have a proven acquisition strategy and a seasoned asset management team.
  • Operators often unknown to the general investing public since they have typically self-funded or raised capital from a close group of family and friends.

After speaking with hundreds of investors Wellings decided to provide two investment vehicles.
