Are you accredited?

An accredited investor* meets one of the following three requirements:

1. Income over $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (with spouse or partner) in each of the prior two years, and expects the same for the current year

2. Has a net worth of $1 million or more, excluding the value of a primary residence

3. Holds a valid Series 7, 65, or 82 license
