Anisia Cornwell

Operations Manager

Anisia Cornwell is the Operations Manager at Wellings Capital. Since joining the firm in October 2024, she has kept day-to-day operations running across systems, HR and hiring, IT, and AI initiatives, along with special projects and firm-wide priorities.

Before Wellings, she spent 11 years as Operations Manager at a real estate brokerage, covering many of the same areas she manages today. That role built her foundation in business operations, technology, project management, and process improvement, and taught her how much a strong team culture drives all of it.

She takes an organized, collaborative approach to her work, and is at her best turning loose ideas into systems and processes the team can actually use.

She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Management from Radford University. Outside of work, she can be found hiking, running, or at the beach with her husband and their three children.
