Administrative coordinator

Carlos Allen is an Administrative Coordinator on the Investments team at Wellings Capital, where he logs and screens inbound deal flow and maintains the accuracy of the firm's deal records. He came to real estate from industrial engineering, working in operations and transaction coordination on owner-financed deals.

Carlos joined Wellings Capital in November 2025. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Oriente and works remotely from Venezuela. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming and traveling.
