Kaylee Simpson
Kaylee Simpson has been a member of Wellings Capital’s since July 2024. As an Investment Analyst, she supports the firm’s real estate investment and due diligence process through financial analysis, underwriting review, operator evaluation, risk assessment, diligence coordination, and preparation of Investment Committee materials. She graduated in 2023 from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, concentrating in Finance with a Real Estate Track.
