Troy Zsofka

Troy Zsofka is Managing Director, Investments at Wellings Capital, where he leads operator sourcing, due diligence, and final investment selection.

He brings both operator and capital markets experience to the role. Troy has owned and operated a portfolio of residential rental properties in New Hampshire since 2009, and before that worked in commercial real estate finance, originating and structuring large-balance commercial mortgages. He has also invested personally as a limited partner in 27 commercial real estate private equity placements, giving him a firsthand view of how sponsors actually perform after the capital is committed.

Troy holds a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
