Troy Zsofka

Troy Zsofka is the Managing Director, Investments at Wellings Capital. He is responsible for operator sourcing, due diligence, and final investment selection. Prior to joining Wellings Capital, he has owned and operated his own portfolio of residential rental properties in New Hampshire since 2009. Troy previously worked in the commercial real estate finance industry and was responsible for originating and structuring large-balance commercial real estate loans. He has invested as an LP in 27 commercial real estate private equity placements and has a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
